About Your Visit

Appointments

We have revised our office schedule and reduced our waiting time. Please call in advance to schedule an appointment. If you’re unable to keep your appointment, please call as soon as possible so we can fill that time slot.

Timeliness and Cancellations:

Our medical staff is committed to prompt service, but sometimes emergencies arise that force us to make schedule adjustments. If we need to reschedule your visit, we will make every effort to notify you in advance. Likewise, if you must reschedule your appointment, please let us know as early as possible.

After-Hours Care:

For urgent non-emergency cases outside of office hours, call (406) 449-1078 and leave a message with our answering service. The on-call doctor will promptly return your call. 

Prescriptions:

Prescriptions, including refills, are handled only during office hours so that we can access your medical record. Please allow 48 hours for us to process refill requests. 

Insurance:

Our practice bills all insurances, including HMOs, managed care, personal, auto, and workers’ compensation.

For Your Appointment

If you are a new patient, please arrive to your appointment early in order to complete the registration process. In addition, please bring the following:

  • Driver's License or Photo ID
  • Insurance Information / Copy of Insurance card
  • Copies of Operative Notes, Medical Records, X-rays, MRIs, and CT Scans from Prior Doctor Visits
  • A List of Current Medications and Any Known Allergies
