Born and raised in Dallas, Oregon, I moved to Missoula, Montana, where I attended The University of Montana. While at the University of Montana, I earned a Bachelor's degree in Exercises Science and a Master's in Athletic Training. Upon graduating in 2019, I moved to Denver, Colorado, and worked in the high school setting. After working down in Colorado for a year, I found my way back to Montana. I have worked with all sorts of athletes, from youth athletes all the way to professional athletes.
