Dr. Joshua E. Lider specializes in the treatment of a variety of orthopedic conditions and performs several orthopedic procedures including:

Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation as well as Sports Medicine

Dr. Joshua Lider earned his medical degree from AT Still University – School of Osteopathic Medicine, Arizona, completed his residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, Utah, and completed his sports medicine fellowship at the University of California, Davis in Sacramento, California. Dr. Lider has experience caring for Olympic, professional, collegiate, high school, and weekend warrior athletes. Dr. Lider enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons. His hobbies and interests include fishing, camping, snow sports, playing soccer, and barbecuing.

Dr. Lider specializes in caring for a variety of musculoskeletal injuries in both athletes and non-athletes. He enjoys helping patients understand the factors contributing to their pain or injury and developing a comprehensive treatment plan. Specialty interventions include ultrasound guided injections and therapies, diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound, and nerve studies. As a former Division 1 athlete, Dr. Lider has a unique perspective on the importance an expedited return to play process. His conservative approach revolves around using exercise as medicine, minimizing medication use when possible and reaching patient goals whether it be walking around the neighborhood or returning to sport.
